Co-founded and created by Rainer Becker in London, Zuma will bring a flavour of its award-winning contemporary Japanese cuisine, and signature informal izakaya dining concept, to the Balearic Islands for a limited-time pop-up for Summer 2022.

Zuma Ibiza introduces the group´s concept to the open – air terrace terrace in Ibiza Gran Hotel, the original five-star luxury hotel In Ibiza overlooking the Marina and Ibiza Old Town. The pop-up restaurant´s setting will be inspired by the elements of earth, fire, air and water, wuth the sushi bar and open kitchen located in the centre of the space, and the blues of the marina and Mediterranean Sea serving as their backdrop.

The rooftop venue is set to be a hotspot on the island this year, offering not only high-quality cuisine and cocktails, but also a social club of its own. Part of the restaurant will be a dedicated drinks space with a resident DJ, where guests will be able to soak up the music and atmosphere throughout the summer, on the long Balearic nights.
