Created by good food lover Mauro Fortunato,Yenuina Laboratorio de Pasta was launched with the aim of establishing a new brand with an honest, authentic and genuine spirit.

This cosy restaurant is located in the centre of San Antonio near Cala Gració.

YENUINA is far more than a restaurant; it’s the only place in Ibiza that has a pasta laboratory that produces and distributes fresh pasta across the island.

Chef Marcello Erba and pasta-maker Massimiliano Cassolo work alongside their young, enthusiastic team, serving the most discerning diners and a traditional clientele who want to try new experiences with the best Italian produce.
