The promising Chef Omar Malpartida arrived in Ibiza last August with his new restaurant Maymanta, making a place for himself among the most visited restaurants on the island. It brings us a traveling kitchen with Peruvian DNA in a space where you will find a mixed cuisine, with dishes such as the causa, ceviche, oysters or Amazonian patacón. A cuisine based on its origins and unusual products from Peru, all together with the local Ibizan product, based on tradition, flavor and respect.
