Es Gerret

The small restaurant Es Gerret located in San Antonio has been conceived as a space where the love for art, wine and of course for cooking is united.

Its emblem is the Gerret, a small typical fish rooted in the Ibizan culture, popular for its flavor and versatility, being this the essence of the place.

The chef Jose González and his young team revise traditional dishes to create a fun and dynamic proposal, with a menu that changes seasonally and surprises daily with suggestions of the most diverse.

Platos y platillos (Dishes and little dishes) is his watchword, a place where the small becomes big when you share it.
