This is the destination of the trip proposed by Dois Petiscos, on a gastronomic bridge between Barcelona and Santarém build upon the long experience of chef João Correia in Catalonia; that being so a new definition of author cuisine is born, which reinvents the traditional and harmonizes it with the simplicity of Mediterranean cuisine. Only it allows you to recognize and appreciate each texture and make the most of each flavor.
