Cana Sofía is located in Cala Vadella, just 40 meters from the sea and has two floors with two separate rooms. On the ground floor, the restaurant – bar has a terrace recently decorated in a vintage Ibizan style and a second air-conditioned room. The restaurant has a large room on the second floor, with capacity for 150 people and fully equipped to celebrate some diferent events, offering spectacular views of the sea. “Reasonable simplicity” is the slogan that defines Cana Sofía’s cuisine. The gastronomic offer is adjusted to the environment, the closest product and the demands of its customers.
Its cuisine is based on the product “kilometer zero”, with excellent fish and seafood treated in the most natural way possible. Ibiza produces excellent products from the garden, as well as oils, not forgetting the lamb and many other raw materials that are always present in the menu of the restaurant.
The kitchen team, managed by Ferrán Cañadas, has designed a tasting menu that shows an authentic 21st century gastronomy of Ibiza.
