Can Domo and Cañitas Maite start the 2022 season together in Ibiza. A partnership between young entrepreneurs in a hotel surrounded by nature. In March 2022 the Cañitas group arrived at the Can Domo agrotourism hotel. It is led by Albacete chefs Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo, who in 2021 revolutionised the Spanish culinary scene from their restaurant Cañitas Maite, in the town of Casas Ibáñez, and who in the latest edition of Madrid Fusión swept the board and won, in a matter of hours, the Awards for Best New Chef, Best Croquette and Best Marinade.

Can Domo is located in a 17th century farmhouse in a rural setting between Santa Eulalia and Ibiza; the agrotourism hotel is the project of three young entrepreneurs, Bernardo Godino, Pablo Casado and Álvaro Sasiambarrena. Nature is its main feature since it is set in a 15-hectare olive grove with nearly 1,000 olive trees and panoramic views of the island. It produces its own organic extra virgin olive oil, has its own vegetable garden and both have a special role in the restaurant, located in the heart of the beautiful farmhouse.
