Set in Ibiza’s countryside, between Santa Gertrudis and San Miguel, this restaurant is a delight for the senses, Aubergine Ibiza Restaurant is part of the Atzaró Group, a name synonymous with quality, friendliness, professionalism and good taste.
The kitchen team, led by Chef Rosina Walter, loves healthy cooking, and so the restaurant offers a wide range of delicious, light, healthy dishes with the characteristic flavours of Mediterranean cooking. Aubergine has its own organic kitchen garden which you can visit, as it is attached to the establishment. Meanwhile, in the dining room, Esteban Gutiérrez and his team will make you feel at home.
Aubergine has interior dining rooms in a traditional Ibiza country house, and a multi-use hall where you can find local crafts and fashions, but the real star of the show is the terrace, completely integrated into the countryside of the north and over flowing with native plants. For young children there is a playground which they will not want to leave.
Every Sunday during the summer, Aubergine holds a market with local produce, food and drink stalls and live music.
