Aubergine has interior dining rooms in a traditional Ibiza country house, and a dining pavillion but the real star of the show is the terrace, completely integrated into the countryside of the north and overflowing with native plants. For young children there is a playground which they will not want to leave. Every Sunday during the summer are ‘Summer Sundays at Aubergine’ with live music and lunch, plus during the week ‘Live Music Tuesdays’ and monthly art exhibitions.
