Ritmo is the place to go to enjoy a unique experience. It’s an impressive space with first-class food and outstanding service. Food is orientated around produce, tradition and flavour, and features Mediterranean cooking with influences from neighbouring cuisines. Ritmo stands out for its fresh, creative and balanced food that uses produce to its best advantage.
The project is headed by businessman Álvaro Reinoso, who won the first Michelin star for Spanish food in the United States with his exceptional restaurant Andanada in Manhattan. Reinoso has a specific vision of the customer service needed to be a success, working hard every day to offer the best personalised service and an extraordinary experience that unites produce-focused cooking and dedication to his diners.
