QUIMERA Restaurant (formerly known as La Savina Restaurant) was officially opened in 1948, serving prime quality Mediterranean food for four generations. It is located on a fine sandy beach with views to L’estany des Peix, turning La Savina into a magical place to be.

We are always looking to be at the avant garde in order to surprise, but without forgetting about the roots of a culture closely related to the sea and the land. For us, preparing local dishes is more than a style of cooking; it is a feeling of attachment with the place where we are, with the environment and the cultural context, as well as its traditional cooking techniques. The relationship between the Mediterranean and Formentera enriches our cooking, and as a result, our menu.
