Inspired by the vital energy of the city of Lisbon and Portuguese gastronomic traditions, Erva is a relaxed restaurant with a sincere, authentic and honest culinary offer, created by chef Carlos Gonçalves. With an open kitchen concept, absolutely everything in this restaurant is in sight, so diners can enjoy a complete experience and watch how the dishes they will later taste are prepared. In addition to adding excitement to every meal, this concept reiterates Erva’s focus on authenticity and brings transparency to its cuisine.

The restaurant is open to the Lisbon public. The space is cosy, with large windows that reveal the interior of the establishment. The vintage décor and dark green and brown tones recreate a calm and elegant atmosphere. The beautiful walls have many plants, works of art by select contemporary artists, and there is even a vertical garden, which adds the perfect cherry to this space. But the new Erva is more than a restaurant. Erva is also a casual cocktail bar, ideal for a drink before or after dinner, where a DJ always has the perfect soundtrack to accompany the fun Lisbon nights, turning the restaurant into a destination in itself. At the bar, customers drink exclusive cocktails created by the barista Nelson Antunes, all inspired by the city of Lisbon and its impressive visual palette. Erva Bar also has a wide and quality selection of wines, craft beers and spirits.

Focusing mainly on banquets, celebrations and buffet lunches and dinners, the Sete Colinas restaurant offers a tranquil environment, perfect for business lunches and other business events or simply to enjoy with family or friends. Every morning the hotel’s impressive breakfast is served at the Sete Colinas restaurant, a splendid buffet that includes traditional Portuguese delicacies, a wide variety of breads and eggs prepared as requested by the guest, all paired with pleasant live piano, from seven in the morning. And during the spring and summer months, breakfast is also served outdoors in the Terrace Garden.

Recently renovated, the Tempus Lounge was created to offer the warmest welcome to Corinthia Hotel Lisbon guests, making available to them—and any other visitors—an intimate, comfortable and private space where they can enjoy a light snack, a cocktail at night, or just a moment of relaxation. With pleasant views of the lush garden, the informal atmosphere of the Lounge makes this place the perfect oasis to regain strength before or after a busy day touring the city. In addition, the Tempus Lounge offers a personalised selection of cocktails, wines and premium beers, as well as a wide variety of teas, snacks or lighter and more informal meals.

As if that were not enough, the Corinthia Hotel still has one more surprise in its spectacular gastronomic range: a unique outdoor, garden area larger than 3,000 square metres in the heart of the city. This is the Soul Garden, a haven of peace in the heart of Lisbon; it is the perfect setting to while away the hours and laze around during a relaxed afternoon. A colourful atmosphere, a coquettish and peaceful garden, irresistible cocktails, such as the White Negroni (served in a cup) and the Arabica Old Fashioned, specially designed by Nelson Antunes for this space, offer a varied and irresistible invitation, complemented by a selection of light snacks that fuse in perfect harmony with the selection of drinks. The carefully prepared musical collection puts the final ingredient to one of the most elegant and relaxed places in the city. The Soul Garden is a space where travellers from all over the world mix with the inhabitants of the city. For all of them, the chef Carlos Gonçalves has created delicious and original lunch and dinner menus. DJs and resident musicians meet every evening from 5.30pm in the Soul Garden to play eclectic sets that provide the perfect touch to savour the capital’s chic atmosphere.
