At Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa's restaurant, Tapisco, the sharing takes place at the table, between snacks and tapas from both sides of the Portugal-Spain border, as the name 'Tapisco' comes from this particular fusion of flavours. The restaurant is known for its contemporary cuisine made with fresh ingredients and attention to detail, quality and flavour. At the bar, the highlight is the selection of Spanish vermouths, served solo or in cocktails.
Tapisco is also a restaurant that has been recognised by the Michelin Guide in recent years and has been mapped out in Portugal as an obligatory stop.
